Q: How does your service work?
A:I come to your home at your preferred time (2 hr window) and I take care of
all your pets & household needs according to your specifications.

Q: How long do you stay?
A: They are 1/2 hr visits. I make sure all needs are met & bathroom duties are done.

Q: When will you visit my pet?
A: Between the hours:7am-10pm

Q: What is your insurance for?
A: If there is an incurred expense with your pet or in your home due to my neglect.

Q: Will you personally take care of my pet?
A: Yes. I am owner/operator. I am the person You will meet at consultation. I am the one coming to visit & take care of your pet.

Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: 48 hours is requested for a cancellation to avoid a charge.

Q: How do I pay?
A: I will leave a self-addressed envelope for your convenience. 
      You will have ten (10) days to pay in full after last visit.

Q: What if I stay longer or cut my trip short?
A: Please notify me as soon as possible.  I will do my best to accomodate your situation.
